The Lacombe Art Guild's 2025 Spring Art Show, "Brushstrokes & Beyond", will open on Saturday, January 18, 2025, with a reception to meet the artists from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Atrium at Christwood Retirement Community. The exhibit will continue through February 27, 2025, and the Atrium Gallery is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 p.m.
The public is invited to meet the artists and to view the artwork.
All show activities will take place in the Atrium Gallery at Christwood Retirement Community. Ample parking is available in the lot just steps from the Atrium entrance. Please be prepared to show a driver’s license or valid ID to the security guard at the entrance gate to the Christwood community.

This juried show is open only to current Lacombe Art Guild members.
MEMBERSHIP

Only current LAG Members are eligible to enter.
$10 per entry, cash or check
$11 per entry, credit card*
*A processing fee of $1 per entry is added to all credit card transactions.

ONLINE ENTRY
You must submit your entry online no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Late entries CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
If you have questions or need help with your entry submission, contact us at LacombeArtLA@gmail.com with your phone number and someone will contact you as quickly as possible.
ACCEPTED ART NOTIFICATION
Your entry does not guarantee that your artwork will be included in the show. You will be notified between January 8 and January 10 regarding the status of your entry in advance of Drop-Off and payment.
DROP-OFF
Accepted artwork must be dropped off on
Monday, January 13, 2025, between 9 and 11 am.
Please bring only your accepted artwork (properly prepared, wired, and labeled) to drop-off, along with your entry fee (and membership form and fee, if applicable).
Payments will be accepted with your art entries only at Drop-Off.

SALES
Artwork may be offered for sale or not for sale, as established by the member.
Members are expected to donate 20% of any sales to LAG. The LAG will process all sales and will reimburse artists after the show.
The LAG Show Committee will make all final decisions regarding whether artwork meets the prospectus requirements, will be accepted into the show, and/or to resolve any questions or conflicts that may arise.
PICK-UP
Friday, February 28, 2025, 9 to 11 am
Artwork not picked up at the designated Pick-Up time will become the property of Lacombe Art Guild.
